Applications are invited by the Indian School of Hospitality for its Intensive Culinary Arts Programme. The 9-month duration of the course is accompanied by a total of 3 months of industry exposure available to all students who wish to participate.

Applicants who have completed Class XII or equivalent & graduates, professionals and PG students who are planning to change paths and pursue a career or venture in the exciting world of culinary art are also eligible to apply for this course.

With a globally benchmarked curriculum, a faculty of qualified learning facilitators and industry experts as well as a cutting-edge corporate campus that is designed with a unique ‘high tech for high touch’ philosophy, ISH aims to deliver an education that is tailor made to provide for the needs of today’s student, and helps prepare them for the trends and changes of tomorrow’s hospitality, travel, tourism and allied industries.

The Campus

The Indian School of Hospitality will be housed within a commercial campus that boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. The design philosophy of the campus is to provide students with an environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Located on the main National Highway 8, within the Vatika India Next Township, the campus has excellent connectivity to Delhi Airport, as well as the main retail, commercial and residential areas of Gurugram and Delhi. ISH has also partnered with the Vatika Group to ensure high quality and affordable accommodation for students within the township itself.

The campus, which is under development, will be ready by May 2018, in time for the first intake of students in August, 2018.

Programmes

 

The core academic programmes being offered at ISH are a Four Year Hospitality Management Programme and a Four Year Programme in Culinary Arts. The education structure at ISH is aimed at providing the ideal foundation for managerial and leadership development, strategic thinking-leveraging both macro and micro perspectives- as well as building emotional and intellectual intelligence.

ISH has received the Letter of Intent from the Department of Higher Education, Government of Haryana to set up a self-financing degree college affiliated to a state university.

Beside the core academic programmes, ISH will also offer various short-term programmes in culinary specialisations as well as a whole range of executive education programmes catering to professionals in hospitality, travel, aviation, retail and other customer-focused industries.
