This camp was aimed to guide individuals towards motivating students to adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle. The camp started with a free physical examination of many students, and different health screening activities like blood pressure, sugar monitoring, ECG, BMI, and BMR monitoring also took place. More than 200+ patients attended the health check-up camp.
“We organised the health checkup camp to keep students abreast with the onsite medical fieldwork. The motto of HLM 2.0 is to foster practical knowledge, and we are happy that we got such an amazing response from the student bodies and communities. There is an acute shortage of medical hygiene among the general masses. The medical practitioners schooled the crowds about the basics of cleanliness. Proactive medical check-ups are vital to avoid any health predicament. We are elated that we achieved dual objectives through the health check-up camp.” Tanvi Miglani , COO, HLM Group of Institutions.
Owing to the spurt in Covid cases recently, Proper hygiene standards were followed by the HLM team to handle the work in the camp. The health workers and college volunteers maintained a disciplined environment. The medical professionals also distributed medications and shared counselling and lifestyle modification manuals. The members received medical kits and general medicines.
