Ahmedabad: 26th December 2019: Mitsubishi Electric India is determined towards fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and has been focussing on necessities for bringing a change in people’s life. Mitsubishi Electric is supporting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which compiles the basic needs of society andrelates with Government of India Initiatives. This year for Clean Drinking Water program is extended toAhmedabad as well.The initiative is aligned with Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Mission. Our aim is to provide Clean drinking water for school going children, thereby, creating a healthier tomorrow.

Mitsubishi Electric India selected two schools Makarba Primary School, Makarba, Ahmedabad, and Devnagar Prathmik Vidhyalaya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for the Clean Drinking Water Program. The water ecosystem installation included water RO, water Cooler, water tank andwater drinking bay for the students. Through this activity, approx.775 children will benefit and will have access to clean drinking water at school premises.

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
