Online Internship with Certification

Today, technology is impacting nearly every sector of our economy, affecting a wide range of occupations across healthcare, finance, agriculture, transportation, energy, manufacturing, etc. Hence, it is time B-schools encourage their students to be innovators. These innovations have holistically transformed the society and contributing to tremendous prosperity. Hence it has become crucial for authorities and institutes to instil such practices in the future workforce. It is imperative that even the education institutes focus on improving the structure of the curriculum and synchronise with the needs of present day.

Commenting on the occasion, Dr. Uday Salunkhe, Group Director, WeSchool said that, “Weschool has always been at the forefront of innovation and we motivate our students to always think beyond what meets the eye. Our RedX lab is an Innovation Lab specifically designed to roll out new and innovative commercial and citizen-based technologies and create a framework that supports wide-ranging needs of urban populations and corporations. We strive to go beyond known boundaries and disciplines of technology innovation for social impact. We are very proud of our students for the recognition they received at the MetKonnect event. We have always focused on shaping management professionals who can bring about positive transformation at their workplace and the society at large”

Weschool also came up with the The Global Citizen Leader program, which is a project based course on leadership and innovation. It requires all students to apply future tech in their solutions to company sponsored innovation challenges. This is done via AI and Chat based self-assessment tool, thereby helping in the assessment of each student individually on a set of competencies. These efforts are a testimony to Weschool’s efforts to produce Global Citizens who will make their mark in the future.
